Privacy Statement

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We've structured our site so that, in general, you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

Information that you provide when placing an order will only be used to complete that order or for internal informational purposes. We might also use the supplied information to inform you about product updates. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We do not share your information with any other third party for any reason.

Software Licensing

Unless otherwise specified our software is licensed on a per user basis. Any user that wishes to install and use the software on their computer is required to obtain a license. Please refer to the online store for the available licensing options.

Software Purchases

All sales are handled by our provider, SWReg. The provider accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, check, wire. If you pay with credit card your statement will list CARDQUERY as the merchant's name. Upon completion of your order you'll receive an order confirmation per email. Please make sure that your email address accepts mails from unknown senders, otherwise the order confirmation will bounce. If you haven't received the order confirmation within one hour please contact us at the email address given below.

Unless otherwise noted you'll receive a license key via email as soon as your payment is completed. Entering the license key unlocks the demo version of the respective software, removes the restrictions of the demo, and activates the software. You will not receive physical shipments of goods.

Return Policy & Refunds

Obviously, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the nature of software purchases over the Internet in general and barcode software in particular, the following rules will be applied without exception:

(1) In most cases you'll receive a license key via email as soon as your payment is completed. Entering the license key unlocks the demo version of the respective software, removes the restrictions of the demo, and activates the software. Unlocking and activating the software by entering the license code finalizes the sale and we won't be able to refund your payment afterwards. If you want to return the product you must notify us within 30 days after purchase and before unlocking and activating the software. You will then receive a full refund of your payment. After 30 days we will no longer be able to refund in any case.

(2) In cases where a download link to an unrestricted version of the software is emailed to you, downloading the software via the supplied link finalizes the sale. Hence, we won't be able to refund your payment after you've downloaded the software. If you want to return the product you must notify us within 30 days after purchase and before downloading the software. You will then receive a full refund of your payment. After 30 days we will no longer be able to refund in any case.

(3) Developer components: Item (1) applies. In addition, receiving the source code of the respective component equally finalizes the sale.
