Barcode Blitz

I don't see a barcode if I import an EPS in my software.

The created EPS files do not include low resolution preview images of the generated barcodes. If your software is unable to render EPS files natively you will only see a placeholder on screen, usually a grey rectangle or something like this. However, in print the barcode will be shown and print correctly.

Tip for Adobe Illustrator

Use File > Open... rather than File > Place... to open the generated EPS. Illustrator will then render the barcode properly and display it on the screen. If you choose "Place..." instead, the lack of a preview image will cause Illustrator to only display an empty rectangle.
